GRILLED CHICKEN…Char-broiled boneless chicken breast topped with Cranberry Ginger Sauce.

                                               Served with rice pilaf and fresh vegetables.                                              

 

CHICKEN PARMESAN…Breaded with crumbs and parmesan cheese.  

Served on a bed of marinara sauce,  angel hair pasta and

fresh vegetables.

 

HOME-STYLE POT ROAST…Slow roasted, served with mashed potatoes, 

mushroom gravy and fresh vegetables

 

BAKED COD…Basted with herb butter, topped with crunchy bread crumbs. 

Served with red potatoes and fresh vegetables.

 

ROAST PORK LOIN…Herb roasted pork loin with chardonnay thyme sauce. 

Served with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables

 

All entrees are served with ranch garden salad, 

fresh baked roll, butter and a soft beverage.
